Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions. tk34 shall not be held liable for any loss of data, loss of winnings, or financial damages arising from platform downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk34's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
